It never occurred to me that clowns were to be feared until recently. The fear of clowns also known as Coulrophobia is very real for a lot of people. Coulrophobia has become the subject of movies as well as television episodes. The Simpsons as well as Seinfeld, Frazier  have all used the fear of clowns on episodes. Why do we laugh at other peoples fear?
